there are several professional body men on some of the boards who will have some great advice..  chances of knowing a shop in RI.. slim..

you will want to visit a bunch of shops and look at the quality of work..   corvettes require slightly different procedures.. what's different i don't know..

looking over the finished product of the various shops.. is just the first step..

seeing how many corvettes they have painted recently..  and which painter did them..

next stop is the auto paint stores...  see if the factory reps are in.. as they will know just what products to use and who is properly trained to use them..

you will also want to look into the shop.. where the parts are removed from the cars..  do they have some kind of secured storage area for the small parts that are expensive and tend to grow legs when removed from the car for a proper paint job...  or do they just throw the parts on the floor in the corner..

i am also taking that you are going to visit several local junk yards and gather up a set of 4 temporary spares that are the proper size for your car bolt pattern  and that clear the calipers..  so there is extra room to paint inside the wheel wells if this is not a body off paint job..    this also stops the wheels from rolling away ..   some shops have taken to building multi layered plywood  wheels...

these are just a few steps i would take after working in a restoration shop... doing old cads..
