I have a 2010 Grand Sport that is getting chips in the paint in front of the rear wheels. I assume its from small rock being kicked up from the tires. Is this common with this body style, and if so, are there accessories I can add to protect the paint? I had a 2000 model that never had this problem.

Hi Dawn. There are several Corvette specialty vendors (Eckler's, Mid America, etc)carry a film that can be placed over the problem areas. The film is clear and already cut to fit. Good luck.

I have had this film on other cars and had to remove it after a few years of being on the car and had no issues at all was able to peel it off with a little effort all by hand no tools or heat gun or any of that stuff only thing is when you wax the car it tends to leave a line of wax were it ends I used my finger nail and rag to hit the edges but it was a PITA other then that it works well Just my two cents
