nothing is easy to reach on the power brake booster mounting bolts...
i have not had to do a C3 power brake booster in many many years...
i do use an assortment of tools....
9/16 ratcheting box end wrench...
9/16 deep socket.. 6 point.. 3/8 drive... 9/16 shallow socket 6 point 3/8 drive..
a set of 3/8 drive wobble end extensions...
a 3/8 impact type universal swivel joint..
i do know that any body who weighs more than 140 pounds might need to remove the drivers side seat.. for additional room... its only about 5 minutes to take out most of them...
this images might help...

please use extreme care with the reman or new booster... that you don't bend or bang the pedal push rod.. that you get the brake pedal push rod on the proper side of the brake pedal the first try..
the plastic valve components inside are easily broken or damaged and will fail much sooner..
you will also want to change the power brake booster carbon canister.. they are still available in AC delco...
ACDelco part Number: 179-983 - GM part Number: 17070814 hmm.. thats interesting.. it does not show the corvette as an application.. they are also available in Help/dorman.... new power brake booster vacuum hose is available at most autozones.. in the back.. its probably 11/32 vacuum hose/emissions hose..

oh.. what's a wobble extension...

this is a 15 buck set at AZ...
the wobble end makes it easy to get in at an off angle...
