In my 2009 LT3, when I get to about 60 MPH I hear a noise that sounds like the wiper vibrating, but it does not go away when I turn them on. Is there anything that you may have heard of that may cause vibration near the windshield at that speed? Thanks

sounds and vibrations in the car are really hard to diagnose via the internet...

sometimes they are hard to diagnose in person...    people have been killed hanging on under trucks and got wound up on the drive shaft...

a former boss of mine.. and probably one of the finest mechanics i have ever known.. (i miss him)... worked at chrysler in the late 40s and 50s.. one brand new early 50s wagon had a weird vibration that shook the whole car...  nobody could find it..  he and a bunch of other mechanics took it out for a long test drive to try to figure this out..   turned out it was coming from the wooden roof rack crosspieces.. they were airfoil shaped.. and at a certain speed.. they would start to flap...  shook the whole car..

so you are not alone...

i took a look at the TSB titles.. did not see anything.... but go over it again... i might have missed something..

you might also take your video camera and a friend who knows how to operate it for a ride.. get it on video... post it to you tube or take it to the dealer or mechanic who repairs your cars...  it may give them an advantage.. be sure to get the speedometer reading on video when it starts.. and if it stops at a higher speed...

there are also electronic ears that come on clamps...  ... clip them to various portions of the car...

the recorder listens to all the channels...   lets the tech narrow down at what speed and frequency the sound is being produced at..

if its at tire speed...   its probably in the tires. or something at the same speed as they rotate....     if its at drive shaft speed... could be in the transmission , driveshaft or rear end,,   if its at engine speed... which is usually different that drive shaft speed it could be in the motor..
