I have a 1985 and I want to put 18" wheels just wondering if I need to replace any parts other the the wheels such as the hubs bearings ect.

as long as the hub bearing assemblies are not worn out.. and even if they are.. 18 inch wheels of the proper offset and bolt pattern should be a straight bolt on...
