My windshield wipers only work on high and I was looking on this forum and it appears it might be the wiper motor cover. Mine has the pulse wipers, the cover has a red wire sticking out of it. It also has a resisiter and a metal tang poking out on the inside. I can only find non pulse wiper covers with nothing in them. Was wondering where to find one or if its possible to rebuild this one

wow... those pulse boards used to be all over the place... every parts store had them... now.. i cannot even find a part number... chances are one of the corvette suppliers has a stash of them....
you might want to try to change the wiper switch first...
the delco part number for the wiper switch with pulse wipers is D6332A a few places still have them...
i have a delco electric motors catalog.. but its deep in a box someplace as i have only used it 2 times in 10 years..
i will do some more digging and see if i can find a part number...
there are hundreds of cars that have the same motors in the junkyards... so you might want to get a complete unit..
