I am wondering if anyone can help me. I have a set of L88/ZL1 heads part number 3946074. They have never been damaged, milled, ported and polished or welded on, came off a great running motor. They do have the extra studs on valve side of head which I understand to be for use on the ZL1's. Date codes 9 and 10 of 1970. Anyone got a good idea of what they are worth or how much I should ask for them? Also have the matching intake 3933198. google the cylinder head casting number...
you will find a lot of discussion on these exact heads....

says.. a set of them.. might get you enough money for a really nice european vacation...
there are a bunch more...
beware.. there are a LOT OF SCAMMERS... who will give you money orders and then call them in lost, months later.... will give you bad checks... bad cashiers checks... or huge cashiers checks.. just sent them back the difference... in cash..
even counterfit cash..
now that you have been warned... there are a lot of Ads for date correct heads over in hemmings motor news... and in their muscle car magazine.. but you have to sit on them for a while.. there is also the corvette trader magazine..
