Does anyone knows how to remove the seat belts located on the floor pan on a 79?I tried everything,even a vise grip wrench

they are installed with air tools in the factory...
most seat belt bolts are in really tight.. and use a torx socket tool buy a good one so you don't break it off or strip out the bolt head... craftsman tools are available at Kmart and sears stores.. some hardware stores.. these bolts are in so tight that i have broken most other brands of inexpensive sets.. including lisle. snap on and mac make the best. but craftsman is what you can normally get.. it will also take a longer ratchet than a normal ratchet.. to bust it loose..
i don't remember if it is a T45 size or a T50 size... if you have torx type on your car..
i don't know if there is a back up or locking nut on the bottom of the car or not... you have to look... its possible that it is rusty..
perhaps... somebody with a factory service manual for a 79 through 82.. could open their copy and take a look at how they are mounted...
