At times my turn signals won't work.  When I press the Hazard Light button it will somehow trigger the turn signals to start working again.  There is NO rhyme or reason why it is is doing it.  I just know it is annoying and I want to know what it is and if I need to take it to the dealer.  Thanks!!

Having the same problem with my '99.  I havent tried hitting the hazard, but will now.  I have heard a whinning noise in my steering column (have you encountered this), from time to time, and wondered if this may be the cause.  Please holler if you hear of anything...Ill do the same.  good luck!

turn on the hazards... check all the bulbs...   then turn on the parking lights at the same time...

if any bulbs work wrong.. go dark when they should be going bright...  you might have a bad ground wire or socket on that bulb...

the turn signals and the hazard system use different flashers... both feed into the turn signal switch... so you might just have a bad flasher... they do wear out..

but if you have a bad ground...  and one of the lamps is not lighting up properly... there will not be enough current flow to heat the spring in the flasher ...

turn on the hazard flashers...    feel the flasher... one will be clicking..  change the other...   see if it starts working..
