i have a 2005 corvette manual transmission and and i notice thet a noise coming from the gear box when i presing the clutch pedal the noise stops and when i release the cluch pedal i can hear the noise when i drive the car the noise is annoying is any one now what can be the problem

Sometimes you can get a little noise from the reverse idler gear when the trans is out of gear and the clutch is released.
But this doesn't sound like that. I'd recommend taking the car to the dealership or a good, reliable trans shop and having it checked out.
