A few weeks ago my turn signal lights in the instrument cluster stayed on. The external signals work fine, they are not on all the time like the indicator lights. Yesterday my instrument cluster went dim. The lights can barely be seen during the day and at night all instrument cluster lights are to dark to see. Turning the dimmer switch on the headlight switch has no effect. Are these signs that my instrument cluster is going bad or can something else cause this problem?

Yes, this means problems .The pin connectors inside the cluster have either corrosion or have got hot and distorted so that connection is no longer good. you can take a part and try to clean up pins on board or send out for professional fix. I fixed my own with little knowledge.Just be very careful of the LED screens. You crack them they are $85 to replace.MAke sure you have no static charge before you open also!
