I have had my 2003 Z06 in to the dealer on several occasions over the last 4 years because the "Service Active Handling" advisory came on intermittently.
When it came on and stayed on, my local dealer replaced a steering sensor and solved the problem for a few miles. That sensor failed again and all three handling systems advisories came on - active handling, traction control and ABS. They replaced the sensor again saying I had trouble codes C1282 and C1214 in the ECM history and advised that if it failed again and trouble code C1214 was indicated I would need a new EBCM. Well, it failed again in less than a day. C1214 is an "internal EBCM relay coil failure".
Questiion is: How difficult is it to replace the EBCM? Is it a simple plug and play or does it require more knowledge and experience. I can do a simple replacement but have no experience with engine management systems.

It is a simple plug 'n play replacement. The computer's behind the front right wheel.
The bad thing is, the computer's not cheap.
