Would anyone have an idea how much added value there would be for a factory race car FI versus one that was not and similar condition. I understand that there were only 43 made that year.

To get max value from it, you'd have to have some providence proving what it is beyond any legit casting numbers that might be on the unit.
There were a total of 1,040 Vettes made in '57 with fuel injection, option code 579E there were only 43, and this option included a mechanical tach mounted to the steering column and a fresh air intake.
