I have a 1990 c4. Heater controls show different temps when selected but fan always stays on full speed even when switched off...and is always hot even when its on lowest temp setting..please help ..i live in spain now and you dont need heat .cheers

did you ever find the problem with the heater controls? im having the same problem.
