C5 Turn signal sequence

Hello I am a new member so I hope I don’t sound too much of a newbie.
I am having a C5 kit put on my C4.  Don’t let the custom shops that sell them tell you that they are a bolt / anyone can do project.  I am having a custom shop (Corvette Plus) install it and it has been a night mare.  Anyway to the questing, I want to have the front running lights on all the time like the C5’s do.  I have come up with away to do this with by adding a relay. The real questing is what is the sequence of the two front lights on each side. Do both lights flash or dose the side light flash and the running light stay on during the time the turn single is activated?
