Say I have a 2003 LS6 motor in my Z06 and am considering putting a LS7 motor in it, I don't race but would like it for nostalgic and cool factor reason's sorta a Knod to the past, Looking for info on the best way to do it, also would like to buy as few parts as possible,I don't need dry sump if it is not necessary and Don't want an Iron block for weight reason's also I would rather not re-sleeve my current block unless it save's alot of cash $$ Any and all suggestions welcome ! Thanks a whole lot Vahvoom

If you're looking for a big-inch LS engine with dry-sump capability, try Scoggin-Dickey Parts Center(http://www.sdparts.com/categories/lsgeniiigenivperformance/CrateEngines.aspx). S-D offers a variety of LS7- and L92-based 427s (and even a 440), along with all the parts needed to make them work in your car.

That's gonna be the best way, build a big cube LS6 based motor, that way all your accessories and other stuff will be reuseable
