I was unable to find the followup article on the specific setup for the Pfadt suspension. I have gone the full Pfadt on the 04 C-5. My question is how much spring compression with the spring perches and what are the alignment specs. It is a street cruiser.

Hello! For most people, the spring perches can be left where they are out of the box. Ride height should be set by threading the body into and out of the mounting cup. That can be done without removing the shocks, the bodies will turn on the shaft. It is OK to have play in the spring. It is necessary with high rate springs to achieve proper sag.

Be sure to re-torque everything after a couple hundred miles.
