I have 1997 c5 the car was made in canada, the headlights are suppose to pop up when it gets dark. My problem is most of the time they do not, when this happens my hvac will not work at all, no lights,no fan, no heat, no ac. the other night I started the car the headlights pop up and the hvac started working fine a few seconds later the headlights went back down and the hvac stopped working any suggestions.
