Decoding an engine in my vette

Block casting number 3892657
Date stamped H236
Here is the confusing part, the code on the front of the block is V090IHC...This is not spelt wrong is it...I am not sure if it is a 327 from 1966 and with what horse power.Can anyone give me any suggestions on how to find out so I can rebuild it.

The second half of my engine vin has similar info I cannot decode.
F040IRE
F=Flint 04=April 0I=? RE=special performance
Have you found out what I0 is?
I have researched for you and did not find HC for a 1966.

3892657= 327cu. 1966 or 67 can not find any thing on the vo90ihc the only thing i can find are letters he-hr then ht-hw ( these are hp rating) thats all i can help with good luck Ron
