Removing window and track from 71 Vette

I have both doors (and all of the hardware) off of my 71 Vette with the windows rolled down. I removed one window (metal track and all), but it was tight and testy because I did not want to break the glass.
Can someone give me a set of basic instructions on how to remove the other one, and how to put them back in.
Like, let the window up first, etc.
