I am currently chasing an electrical draw on a 78 corvette at the shop i work at, at the moment I have olmost everything unplugged & my test light is still showing a draw. I have a wiring diagram and the 1 thing I havent found/unplugged is the anti theft relay, any thoughts on where this is? Any help is GREATLY appreciated

I have not experienced this on a 78 but found on an earlier car where the main e-harness, where it plugs into the back of the fuse panel, was full of green moist corrosion and was feeding back into the ground circuit. I cleaned it out with a tooth brush and wd40 and resolved the draw I had been fighting for 2 years. I found it only after disconnecting every circuit in the car.

Had a race truck that was draining battery and couldnt find it.Sometimes it wouldnt do it,sometimes it would.Ended up being the alternator. The regulator was sticking on it.Way to check this is to unhook the battery post, make sure battery is hot, then just touch the post a few times with the cable and see if the alternator pulley moves. If it does then it draining your fire from the battery.Might not be your problem, but it moght be.Good luck
