the wipers on my 1999 vette work  on high only. they sometimes come on by themselves. and then do not work at all. i took the vette to a dealer in moorestown nj and they said it was the motor. apparently the wiper cover has vent holes for the water. when these holes get plugged up with dirt , the motor drowns in water causing a short. total price to fix...501.00  dollars.   ken pfeifer falcon51@comcast.net.  i love the magazine but we need more technical questions and answers for us poor guys.
