ANY TIPS ON CHANGING OUT THE STARTER ON
A 2000 C5, WILL THE EXHAUST NEED TO BE DROPED? CAN IT BE DONE BY LIFTING THE ONE SIDE ONLY? IF NOT ANY HINTS ON LIFTING THE CAR?

Hmm...didn't think the starter was that hard to get to on the C5, but I'm so used to doing htings the hard way sometimes I don't notice!
Since it's tough to get a floorjack underneath a Corvette, your best bet to raise the car up is using a good pair of car ramps. You'll probably also need a couple of 2x4s so you can get the car on the ramps without scraping up the front valence.
