The top on my 94 vette looks as if the tinting is peeling off but I have been told that the top is not glass and the peeling is actually the plastic coming apart. One person told me that it can be sanded off and polished so it looks just as it did before. Has anyone had this problem with their top and had a fix other than buying a new top?
