on the removable glass hardtop for my 85 corvette, the corner of the glass has seperated form the hardtop frame itself.  should i remove the glass piece entirely from the frame to reglue it or should i try to reglue just the corner?

Can't you just replace the whole thing?  I have a feeling the whole glass will fall out in time.

Personally, I'd replace the glass if I could afford it. However, since you can't afford that and you say there's really nothing wrong right now, I guess your panel's fine as-is.

Is there an adhesive I can use to resolve the separation of the glass from the actual top?  My '95 is doing the same thing and looks like the glass could blow completely off...

Wow Guys

that Glass is actually plexiglass (Plastic)  Anyone who works with that stuff at a glass shop should be able to tell you what to use.  And or repair it.  In 86 that piece cost $400.00 acording to the Sticker on Mine but like Kyle said it's over $1,000.00 now.  A heat gun is needed to help rebend it and if it has any cracks in it at all you'll have to replace it as heating and bending can cause it to shatter.  Find a glass shop that puts windshields on boats or replaces the plexiglass windows on fiberglass truck caps you'll be thankful you did.
