What does the Vette world think abotu putting the SS badge on the Corvette?  

Well, currently I believe the Z06 moniker is carrying more weight than an SS badge could.  Granted, Baldwin-Motion sold some Corvettes under the SS badge, but Chevrolet has never given the SS badge to it's Corvette models.  Instead Corvette usually gets distinctive badging seperate from all other GM models, such as Z06 and ZR1.  IMO, keep the SS, RS, LS, and other badges to the mainline cars, and keep Corvette a distinctive cut above the rest.
